The 黑人校友网络 is an inclusive leadership organization that seeks to empower, 连接, and celebrate the 十大赌博正规老平台 Black Community. This group encourages communication and cooperation between alumni, 学生, 朋友, 教师, and staff who are committed to the advancement of people of the African diaspora. The 黑人校友网络 fosters a 网络 for personal and professional 连接ion and provides a sense of community and family for alumni of color.
What does it mean to be a First-Generation student? It means that one is the first or one of the first members of a family to go to college. The 第一代网络 welcomes those who share in the first-generation experience and those who would like to participate in supporting first-generation college 学生 and alumni from the 十大赌博正规老平台.
The 拉丁裔校友网络 is an inclusive community of volunteers. 我们提供校友, 学生, 教师, and staff who identify as Latin/Hispanic with opportunities to engage, 网络, 和导师. We work with the University to develop community-driven programming grounded in the richness of the Latin/Hispanic 文化 and identity.

REAL-Rochester权益 & Access Leadership–Conversations is a lecture and discussion series that offers authentic discussions featuring brave and candid dialogues around equity, 可衡量的行动, 以及有意义的改变. The series is presented by the Office of Alumni Relations and Constituent Engagement in partnership with the University’s 公平与包容办公室 and the 多元化咨询委员会.

Ghislaine Radegonde-Eison “10 w(女士), ’17W (EdD) joined the Alumni Relations and Constituent Engagement team in October 2021 as the Director of Affinity 网络 and Equity, 多样性, 和包容计划.
